The All-New Hyundai KONA is a small-sized SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) in the B-segment that has been designed with urban living in mind. With three powertrains available, the All-new Hyundai KONA comes in a range of models designed to fit your lifestyle. These include an all-electric (EV), 1.6 Hybrid electric (HEV) and 1.0 or 1.6 turbocharged internal combustion engine (ICE) versions. In the table below, we outline what trims are on offer:

Hyundai KONA exterior design

Each KONA model shares the same architecture, yet are differentiated by distinctive styling features which makes each variant standout. A futuristic approach to the exterior design of the All-New Hyundai KONA is clear to see. 

Starting with the characteristic nose of the car that sets the tone for the entire body; the sleek front end contributes to the KONA’s aerodynamic performance which makes it even smoother to drive. It is the very first Hyundai model to be fitted with what’s called a Pixelated Seamless Horizon Lamp for an even more unique appearance. 

Onto the sides now where sculpted wheel arches boldly define the body shape either side of the front and back doors. Robustly designed, the body’s curvature is complemented by sharp diagonal lines and spoiler features which really look the part in a satin chrome finish.

There are a number of exterior fittings that come as standard, plus other options to consider when choosing your All-New Hyundai KONA, including:

Then simply fold the rear seats flat in a matter of seconds (headrests included) to increase the boot space to a maximum 1,300 litres.

Hyundai’s intelligent regenerative braking system means that the battery receives a small amount of charge when you slow the car down - so there are benefits to being stuck in traffic too!
