Contact Centre Advisor

Full Time 40 hours - Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm, Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis.

 Salary: OTE £32K

Can you build up an excellent rapport over the Telephone?

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be responsible for dealing with inbound sales and after sales enquiries via email, telephone and live chat. You will also be expected to make outbound sales/after sales calls and do telephone based customer satisfaction surveys.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Making sales appointments
  • Car service/ repair bookings
  • Performing customer satisfaction surveys
  • Maintain and update accurate database records
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with achieving targets
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Call Centre Experience
  • A good telephone manner
  • Ability to Multi Task
  • PC literate
  • Being able to deal with a high level of admin is essential within this role

Full training will be given; although experience within the Motor trade is ideal it is not essential.

Cars need to meet minimum emission standards when travelling in the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) or the daily charge must be paid.
