Manufacturer Approved Servicing

Following government guidelines, to protect our customers and employees, effective from Friday 24th July 2020, all customers visiting our showrooms will be required to wear a face covering. This requirement does not apply to children under the age of 11 or to individuals who are unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition.

Booking your service online with us is easy. All you have to do is click on your brand of car above (or if your manufacturer isn't there choose 'All Other Makes') to go through to our online service booking tool. For more information on our appointment times click here.

We know that servicing your car can be expensive and that sometimes it's due at a time when finances are tough. To help you stay safe on the road and out of the red in your bank account, we offer the option of spreading the cost of your service over three, six or ten months with 0% interest to pay. The first payment is even deferred so you don't need to pay anything for 40 days. Ask your service advisor about spreading the cost of your service when you book.

The service centres at Wilsons Epsom are run by a team of manufacturer-trained technicians and mechanics. We work with only genuine replacement parts and the latest equipment to keep your vehicle operating at its best for longer.

Our extensive dealer network and motoring experience means we now represent Nissan, Nismo, Fiat, Citroën, Renault, Dacia, Peugeot and Vauxhall – with servicing to support drivers of all models from these world-renowned manufacturers. Whether you own a car or a van, you can rely on our fixed servicing plans and any general maintenance you might need.

We've also got official MOT test centres on site for your annual certificate renewals – and these can be carried out while you wait in our comfortable and welcoming customer centre. If you'd prefer to leave your car with us and get on with your day, it will be ready to go when you get back. Work can also be booked in with us before you leave in the event that the vehicle doesn't pass. Online service booking prices include a 10% discount for all customers. If you have a service plan, you do not get a 10% discount on top.

No matter what your car needs, it's in safe hands with us. The servicing and maintenance work we carry out is approved by the relevant manufacturer at each of our locations. We also use only approved oil to top up your car, and will keep you informed of any updates and checks directly.

All our vehicles are subject to an Admin Fee. Our Admin Fee covers any additional administration needed during your transaction, including a thorough provenance check (HPI Check). The vehicle provenance investigation checks if a car has finance owing, is stolen, cloned, written off or clocked, giving you real confidence in your car. Our vehicle checks carried out during preparation also include a cosmetic and mechanical assessment of each vehicle. The admin fee also includes the cost to fully valet, register and, if necessary, MOT your vehicle (if less than 6 months left of current MOT).
