Wilsons Service & MOT Appointment Information

When booking your vehicle into our Epsom Service Centre, it is important that you are aware of the following service and MOT appointment information to avoid any confusion.

DROP AND LEAVE APPOINTMENTS​

If you book your vehicle in for its service, MOT or both for a drop and leave appointment, drop off time is between 8am and 10am. Your vehicle could be ready at any time up until 5:30pm. If it's ready any earlier than this, you will receive a call from one of our service advisors telling you that you're vehicle is ready to collect.

WHILE YOU WAIT APPOINTMENTS

Between Monday and Friday we offer three while you wait appointments for a service or MOT. Each of these appointments are allocated a two hour time slot. You cannot book a 'While You Wait' appointment for a service and MOT at the same time because it will run over the allotted two hour period.​ Any appointments dropping after 12 will not be able to have a waiting appointment. The table below details what time we offer waiting appointments:

DIAGNOSTIC APPOINTMENTS

We only offer drop and leave appointments if you're bringing your car in to have a fault diagnosed because we may need you vehicle for the whole day to fully assess the issue and provide a diagnosis.
