Terms and Conditions:

• The promoter is Peugeot Motor Company PLC whose registered office is at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND (the “Promoter”).

• The ‘Black Friday’ promotion (the “Promotion”) is a £750 (including VAT) discount off the On-The-Road price for orders of new passenger cars (“Vehicle”) placed with a participating Peugeot retailer (“Participating Retailer”) between 14 November 2025 and 30 November 2025 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

• The Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions.

• The Promotion is available during the Promotion Period only.

• The Promotion is available in the UK only (excluding the Channel Islands).

• The Promotion applies to private individuals (18+). Motability, fleet and business sales are excluded from this Promotion

• The Promotion excludes pre-registered Vehicles.

• The Promotion may be used in conjunction with other current promotions and discounts.

• To qualify for the Promotion, the customer must:
• Promotion applies to cash and Personal Contract Purchase agreements. Where a finance or leasing quote is provided, and the additional £750 (including VAT) discount is proposed into the quote, the validity of this quote will not extend beyond the 30 November 2025.
  
• The Promotion is not redeemable against any purchases other than the Vehicle.
  
• No cash alternative to the £750 discount will be offered. The discount is not exchangeable (cannot be swapped for anything of equal or lesser value) and non-transferable to any other party or location.
• The discount has no monetary value, and monies will not be refunded should the Vehicle order be subsequently cancelled.
  
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach by the customer of these terms and conditions, the Promotor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude the customer from participating in this Promotion.
  
• Personal data and marketing:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate details; the Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate details provided.
  
• The Promoter reserves the right to require valid proof of identification (as determined in its sole discretion) from the customer prior to honouring the Promotion terms.
  
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time but will seek to provide notice where possible.
  
• Neither the Promoter nor its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Promotion. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. The customers’ statutory rights are not affected.
  
• The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• attend a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period;

• order a new passenger car during the Promotion Period;

• provide contact details, including name, email address, post code and contact number.

The Vehicle must be registered by 23:59 on 31 December 2025,

• Customers who consent to marketing communications from the Promoter may receive future communications related to Stellantis products, promotions, and offers.

• Customers are providing their information to the Promoter and members of Stellantis N.V. group of companies, and not to any other party unless otherwise stated. The administration of the Promotion is a requested service as specified in the Promoter’s privacy policy.

• In order to administer the Promotion, the Promoter, and an associated agency on behalf of the Promoter, will require certain essential information including name, address and contact details.
