My car isn't from one of your franchises, can you still service it?

This will almost always be a yes. Our workshop technicians are fully trained in motor vehicle repair and maintenance and use the latest diagnostic equipment.

Are your prices competitive?

Our prices cannot be beaten on like-for-like servicing. Your vehicle will be professionally inspected, serviced, and maintained by manufacturer-trained technicians using the latest diagnostic equipment. As a franchise dealer, our service centres have been approved by manufacturers to look after your vehicle, unlike your local independent garage. When you regularly service your vehicle with us, you will receive outstanding service from expert technicians at the best prices.

Do you service electric cars?

Yes, we currently sell and service many electric vehicles, including hybrid ones, within and outside our thirteen franchises.

How long does an MOT test take?

Typically, it takes between 45-60 minutes, but this can vary depending on the complexity of the test.

What documents do I need for an MOT test?

You'll usually need the vehicle's registration certificate (V5C) and the previous MOT certificate if you have one.

Will a service light impact my MOT test?

No, the service light is not part of the MOT test and won't affect the test's outcome.

Can you tax a car without an MOT?

You legally must have a valid MOT certificate before you are permitted to purchase vehicle tax. When purchasing vehicle tax online, you’ll be unable to continue to checkout without a valid MOT.

What are your opening times / are you open on Bank holidays?

Aftersales:

Saturday: 8am - 12:30pm
Sunday: Closed
