Renault Warranty

With every new Renault that we sell, a warranty is automatically included, covering your vehicle for up to three years from date of first registration - this is called the EasyLife Package. For the first two years of this, it is valid with unlimited mileage, followed by a further 12 months limited to a total mileage of 60,000 (for Koleos and Zoe models, the third year is limited to a total mileage of 100,000).

Thanks to your warranty, we are able to repair or replace parts that are found to have a material or assembly defect (that is recognised by Renault) free of charge. In addition, you receive a three year Paint Warranty* that covers paint defects and 12 years Corrosion warranty with unlimited mileage** which covers your bodywork against perforation found to be a result of a manufacturing defect (recognised by Renault).

Extended Warranty

If you want cover for longer, you can also purchase an Extended Warranty which is designed to provide ongoing protection from any mechanical or electrical failures once your original warranty has ended. An Extended Warranty provides cover for:

• Out of pocket expenses such as towing, car hire or overnight accommodation.
• Full cost of parts, labour and VAT for any number of claims**.
• Trips to EU countries as well as throughout the UK.
