Marketing Manager – Wilsons Epsom
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Full-time - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
Wilsons is looking for an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activity across our multi-franchise automotive business.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for driving qualified leads, improving digital performance, strengthening the Wilsons brand and ensuring our marketing investment delivers measurable results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta and other digital channels.
- Managing and improving the Wilsons and Loads of Vans websites.
- Taking ownership of Wilsons’ social media presence, developing engaging content and growing our reach across relevant platforms.
- Using social media to strengthen the Wilsons brand, showcase our franchises and generate customer engagement and enquiries.
- Managing marketing budgets and monitoring ROI, cost per lead and conversion performance.
- Supporting car sales, van sales and aftersales campaigns.
- Managing third-party platforms and manufacturer marketing activity.
- Ensuring finance promotions and marketing communications meet FCA requirements.
- Monitoring online reputation, customer reviews and overall brand presence.
- Leading and developing the Marketing team.
We’re looking for someone with at least four years’ experience in performance-driven marketing, strong digital and analytical skills, commercial awareness and a proven ability to turn marketing activity into measurable results.
