At Wilsons, we're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our welcoming Aftersales team. Whether you've worked in the motor industry before or have gained valuable customer service experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, travel, banking, contact centres or another customer-facing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As one of the first people our customers meet, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive until they drive away. You'll be supported by a friendly team, receive full training and have genuine opportunities to develop your career with one of the UK's largest family-owned motor retailers.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll:

• Welcome customers and book their vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Keep customers updated throughout the day, ensuring they always know what's happening with their vehicle.
• Work closely with our workshop technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Explain technical information in a clear, straightforward and reassuring way.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer care.
• Schedule workshop appointments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Resolve customer queries with confidence, empathy and professionalism.
• Complete administration accurately while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service.
• Is a confident communicator who can build positive relationships.
• Is organised and able to manage a varied workload.
• Takes pride in finding solutions and helping customers.
• Works well both independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Has good IT and administrative skills.
• Brings a positive attitude and is eager to learn.

Previous experience as a Service Advisor is welcomed but not essential. If you have strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

A Full UK driving licence is essential.
