Salary: Basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000+)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you'll guide customers through every stage of their vehicle-buying journey, providing expert advice and an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle.
• Building trust and long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and recommendations.
• Demonstrating vehicle features and arranging test drives.
• Guiding customers through finance, part exchange and additional products with honesty and professionalism.
• Following up enquiries and maintaining regular contact with prospective customers.
• Preparing vehicles for handover and ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable collection experience.
• Accurately appraising vehicles offered in part exchange.
• Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Finance and Aftersales to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Previous automotive sales experience is welcomed but not essential. If you have a proven track record in customer service or sales and enjoy helping customers, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
