What is the Graduate Management Programme?

This is far more than a graduate job.

Over the course of the programme, you'll rotate through key areas of our business, gaining practical experience while working alongside experienced managers and directors.

You'll develop commercial awareness, leadership skills and an understanding of how every department contributes to the success of one of the UK's leading automotive retailers.

Departments may include:

• Sales
• Aftersales
• Marketing
• Administration & Accounts
• Parts Operations
• Vehicle Logistics
• Human Resources
• Contact Centre

Throughout the programme you'll work on real business projects, contribute to strategic initiatives and receive regular mentoring to help you develop into a future leader.

What You'll Be Doing

• Rotating through different business functions
• Supporting departmental managers with daily operations
• Analysing business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Leading and participating in improvement projects
• Building relationships with colleagues across the business
• Learning how to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Developing leadership, communication and commercial skills
• Working towards a permanent management or specialist role

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for graduates who are:

• Educated to degree level (2:2 or above preferred)
• Ambitious and eager to develop
• Curious and commercially minded
• Excellent communicators
• Strong problem solvers
• Organised and self-motivated
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Able to build relationships with people at all levels

Previous automotive experience isn't necessary. We'll provide the training—you bring the ambition.

A full UK driving licence is desirable.
