Nissan's next generation crossover is available here at Wilsons in Epsom. The Nissan Juke Hybrid is heavily inspired by Nissan's experience in the FIA Formula E Championship, where the electric technology enhances the original DNA of the now iconic Juke. 

The Juke Hybrid stands out from the rest of the range as it features darkened headlamps, 19" glossy black alloy wheels and exclusive textured stickers enabling for an electrifying new look to the Juke. 

Design

The Nissan Juke has been a huge hit since it's launch in 2010. In 2019, the second generation car was launched which offered a striking design language to make the car really stand out in the crossover segment. The same design characteristics have been carried across to the new Nissan Juke Hybrid but with subtle differences which help make the hybrid model truly stand out. 

The interior remains relatively the same as the rest of the Juke range with the main changes coming through a new instrument cluster which features new infographic screens to show if you are running in petrol or electric mode, or even a combination of the two. There is also a useful graphic which shows how much energy is being used under acceleration and another to demonstrate how much power is being supplied back to the battery when lifting off the accelerator or braking. 

Powertrain

Available in a selection of trim levels, the Nissan Juke Hybrid offers increasing levels of technology and comfort features to appeal to modern motorists. The Nissan Juke Hybrid features a 1.6L 4 cylinder engine which is paired up with a small electric motor. This enables the Nissan Juke Hybrid to travel up to 34mph in EV mode only. The combined output of the combustion engine and electric motor is 143bhp, which provides plenty of performance and smooth acceleration. The smart energy management system uses the efficient petrol engine to recharge the battery or to provide further power to the wheels exclusively when its most efficient and suited to your driving conditions. With the capability of being able to run solely on electric power at lower speeds, the Nissan Juke Hybrid supplies that authentic and unique electric vehicle driving experience. 

The Nissan Juke Hybrid also features a clutchless multi mode gearbox which has taken inspiration from the Nissan Formula E Team, further enhancing the smooth driving experience. 

Efficiency

The Nissan Juke Hybrid not only brings further power over the rest of the Juke range but better fuel economy too. With being able to use the electric motor for city driving, regenerative braking supplies power back back to the battery, with the petrol engine only reactivating when you need it. This equates to much higher efficiency with up to 19% lower consumption than that of an automatic petrol Juke. 

The clever e-pedal  gives the driver the option of singular pedal control, enabling you to actively accelerate and decelerate through the accelerator pedal - giving the most efficient driving experience. This means you will only need to touch the brake pedal when coming to a complete stop. 

Drive Modes

The Nissan Juke Hybrid has various modes to suit your driving needs. Eco Mode is utilised for maximum efficiency, Standard Mode for the best balance between performance and fuel efficiency, and lastly Sport Mode which is for complete driving enjoyment.
