The MPV version stands out from the Townstar van as the sliding side door features glass in addition to SUV like features such as rails to fit a roof storage box. The rear of the Townstar features a large and wide rear boot opening which makes it incredibly easy to load and carry whatever you need. Interior

The interior is a practical area which has been designed to be both functional and comfortable. For example, with physical switches for the climate controls, the driver can stay fully focused on the road ahead without being distracted by having to use a touchscreen system. The Townstar MPV also comes with comfortable seats which are soft and supportive, meaning that any journey can be made in comfort. Powertrain 

The Nissan Townstar is a vehicle that provides both options and high levels of practicality. This is also true with the powertrain options where you have the choice of either a 1.3 litre petrol engine or a fully electric version. The 1.3 litre petrol is relatively cheap to run due to its good fuel economy with a fuel consumption of 41.4 MPG and CO2 emissions of up to 157g/km. With 130bhp, this engine produces more than enough power for in town driving. 

The all fully electric version provides a cleaner, quieter and cost effective while at the same time providing an enjoyable drive. The All-New Nissan Townstar Electric is powered by 45Kwh (useable) battery, connected to a 122hp / 245Nm electric motor, which offers an impressive range of up to 184 miles WLTP Combined cycle.
