Each model in the Renault collection comes in a range of trim levels, allowing you to choose the one that best matches your requirements and budget.
Our Renault car configurator takes you through the process step by step, in an easy-to-follow manner.
First of all, you’ll be asked to select a body style. Not all vehicles have this option but a car such as the Mégane, for example, will allow you to choose a hatchback or estate body.
You’ll then be presented with some engine options. Depending on your driving habits, you can select a petrol or diesel unit. (Unless, of course, you’re opting for an all-electric car, like the ZOE.) You’ll often have the option to select manual or automatic transmission too.
Next is colour selection. All models come with a standard paint finish, which is applied at no extra charge, but there are usually many optional colours to choose from.
You’ll then be presented with interior choices. Normally, this allows you to confirm standard selections, such as cloth upholstery – or decide to upgrade to leather, for example.
Every car needs wheels. Don’t worry, your model has four of them, but you may wish to choose larger sizes, or switch from steel to alloy, for instance.
Next, you’ll be provided with single and ‘pack’ options. A pack bundles a number of single options. For example, a Climate Control Pack might include climate control and electrically folding mirrors (if your model isn’t specified with those already).
Once you’ve made all your selections, you’ll be presented with a summary, which outlines the choices you’ve made. You can make any amendments you like by going back and adding or subtracting items.
Once finished, it’s a good point at which to book a test drive with us, or get in touch if you require any more information. For instance, we provide a range of flexible finance options that can help you secure your ideal model – and trim level.
