Coronavirus: how we're protecting our staff and customers

Our priority at Wilsons is keeping our staff and our customers safe. We have been working hard preparing our showrooms and service centres so they are safe to re-open. We have been buying equipment such as hand sanitiser, gloves, and other items designed to keep all staff and customers safe. We are adding perplex sneeze screens to desks and all cars are being sanitised and decontaminated. We will continue to follow the preventative guidance of public health authorities to ensure we keep our customers and staff as safe as possible, seeking government guidance and following guidelines. We have made a number of changes to our processes, and wanted to outline a few of them to you.

Service and Repairs ​

Our Aftersales departments have re-opened with a reduced operation starting to work through service and repair queries we have had.

Our team have worked hard, with endless amounts of hours planning, to ensure our customers and staff feel safe in and around our dealership, as we begin to undertake phase one of our gradual re-opening plan.

Please have patience with our team whilst we work through all customers who have booked in or are trying to book in. For those customers coming to us for work booked in, please familiarise yourself with our new safety procedures. Keeping our customers and our staff safe is our top priority.
