Design
Looks are always a subjective matter, but there is no denying that the Fiat 500X adds real flare and design to the small crossover segment. The sports trim in particular, really makes the car stand out from the crowd. With optional 19" alloy wheels and a lower suspension setup, the 500X Sport supplies the perfect combination of fun and safety. To truly make the car stand out from the rest of the range, the 500X Sport features titanium effect door handles and mirrors, in addition to chrome dual exhaust tips which really adds substance to the sporty look.
The 500X across all its trim levels, offers plenty of colour combinations and accessories which will ensure that your car is unique to you. From Italia Blue to Passione Red, what colour would you choose?
Technology
The Fiat 500X is loaded with the latest technology. Traffic Sign Recognition System has been implemented to read road signs to give you a little extra hand whilst driving. Like most modern cars, the Fiat 500X also features Lane Assist, which is a system that alerts you if you unintentionally change lanes. The system will warn you on the instrument cluster and the system will cleverly move the steering wheel to bring you back into your lane. With safety features such as these, you can be confident that every journey will be safe both for you and your passengers.
Performance
The Fiat 500X comes with two lively and economical engine choices. The first option is a 1.0L Firefly Turbo petrol engine which produces a spritely 120bhp. This engine type is only available with a manual gearbox and averages 44.8MPG with a combined CO2 emission of 142G/KM. The other engine in the range, is the brand new 1.5L Hybrid 48V DDCT which produces 130bhp. This Hybrid variant comes with an automatic gearbox only and has a combined CO2 emission rate of 133 G/KM - less than then 1.0L Firefly Turbo. The Hybrid technology works with the combustion engine to cut power to the engine when going at low speeds, helping both fuel efficiency and emission levels too.
Whatever your choice of engine, you are bound to have plenty smiles per gallon.
