What is an EV?
EV stands for any electric vehicle that you can charge externally. These vehicles can be:
- Battery electric vehicle (BEV)
- Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV), have a battery that can be recharged by plugging it into an external source of electric power
- Range-extender or extended-range EV which is a combination of battery and Internal combustion engine (ICE), with electric-only drive (Plug-in series hybrid)

Claims procedure
If you wish to make a claim under your plan, please visit either the original manufacturer, the dealership you purchased your car from or your nearest VAT registered garage.
Please take your warranty documents given to you at point of purchase to the chosen repairer, they will check your details and advise you further.
