Produced by Citroën between 2007 and 2012, the C-Crosser is a compact crossover that has plenty to offer. It was the first Japanese-manufactured car released by the French car manufacturer, which is a good indicator of its build quality, and makes it a sound Approved Used choice.
This smoothly-styled vehicle features power-operated wing mirrors and is adorned with lightweight alloy wheels as standard. However, it’s the C-Crosser’s interior that is its ace card, with three rows of seats that provide room for seven travellers. What’s more, with all but the front row of seats folded, as much as 1,686-litres of luggage capacity become available.
The car comes with plenty of desirable features as standard, such as front and rear electric windows, climate control and Bluetooth® connectivity. A range of protective components are included too, such as Electronic Stability Programme, Cruise Control and numerous airbags.
The vehicle handles well and, thanks to its four-wheel drivetrain, is a more than decent off-roader. The C-Crosser is typically powered by a 2.2-litre 156bhp diesel engine, which returns up to 42.2mpg, delivers 380Nm of torque and produces 0-60mph in approximately 9.7 seconds.
