We're committed to being more environmentally friendly which is why we're revolutionising the way you receive your important documents. When you bring your vehicle into one of our service centres, you won't receive a bundle of papers when you settle your bill. Instead, all the important information and documents will be emailed to you in PDF format.

How do I know all my information is safe?

The information is stored and protected in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and regulations.

Can I still get paper copies of my documents?

We can still issue paper copies of your documents if you wish, we just prefer the paperless way.

What if I delete the email accidentally?

Don't worry about accidental email deletion or loss. We can easily email you a new version of your documents, just call our contact centre on 01372 736 000.

I can't view the documents that were emailed to me, what should I do?

If the documents aren't displaying correctly on your computer, check you have Adobe Reader installed, and that it is the latest version. If it's not, you just need to download the latest software by clicking this link https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ and following the on screen instructions.

I didn't receive the documents that were emailed to me, what should I do?

Sometimes the document email can get caught by spam filters, so please check your junk email folder first. If you can't find it in either your mailbox or junk email folder, please call our contact centre on 01372 736 000.

Transport For London

Cars need to meet minimum emission standards when travelling in the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) or the daily charge must be paid.

Minimum emission standards

Petrol: Euro 4
Diesel: Euro 6

The ULEZ will be enforced based on the declared emissions of the vehicle rather than the age. However:

All our vehicles are subject to an Admin Fee. Our Admin Fee covers any additional administration needed during your transaction, including a thorough provenance check (HPI Check). The admin fee also includes the cost to fully valet, register and, if necessary, MOT your vehicle (if less than 6 months left of current MOT).

Our administration fee is a variable fee which covers the additional administration needed when transacting with different categories of customers as specified. Retail Customers £199.00 - (Private buyers - NOT an owner, partner or director of a new/used vehicle sales company). Retail Customers using a finance broker outside our official panel of lenders paying funds direct to Wilsons Epsom - £399.00. All fees are inclusive of VAT.
