The New Mokka X breathes fresh new life into the Mokka brand and represents the flagship vehicle of Vauxhall's new 'X' range which will denote future crossover or SUV models. The Mokka X SUV is set-up to rival Nissan's Juke, Citroën's C4 Cactus, Peugeot's New 2008 and Renault's Captur in the market and it has plenty to offer to the sector.
With more height and more traction, the New Mokka X keeps you confidently on track whether you're on the motorway, exploring the urban jungle or in the countryside. Mokka X is equipped with an intelligent four-wheel-drive system to give you improved stability, traction and handling in bad weather or when the going gets tough off-road.
The Vauxhall Mokka has been on the market since 2012 and it has made quite an impression. New Mokka X builds on the existing rugged looks of its predecessor with a "wing-shaped" front grille and Adaptive Forward Lighting LED headlights.
The front has also been given the new Vauxhall family face with front foglights incorporated elegantly into the bodywork.
The Mokka X comes with a wide range of body colour choices from classic Abalone White and Mineral Black to more striking Amber Orange and Lava Red.
Buyers can also customise the interior with Ruthenium and Piano Black interior trim options and three further upholstery choices including Jet Black Jasmin Leather, Brandy Jasmin Leather and Jet Black Milano Fabric.
Inspired by the award-winning Astra, the New Mokka X has an all-new dashboard designed around a 7" or 8" touchscreen infotainment system. With fewer buttons than it's predecessor, the dashboard in the Mokka X is less cluttered and simpler to use.
The IntelliLink touchscreen is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Google's Android Auto, making it compatible with pretty much any smartphone on the market.
The New Mokka X also comes with Vauxhall's OnStar system which is your personal onboard assistant. OnStar provides practical features such as stolen vehicle assistance and automatic crash response as well as being able to turn your car into aWiFi hotspot making it the best-connected car in the compact SUV market.
The current Mokka's 1.6 litre diesel engines will still be available on the New Mokka X and they will be accompanied by a new turbocharged 1.4 litre 151bhp petrol engine that debuted in the New Astra and a 109bhp 1.6 litre diesel engine.
Mokka X will come with four trim levels available - Design Nav, Active, Elite and Elite Nav. All models receive 18" alloy wheels, front fog lights, silver roof rails, IntelliLink infotainment system and OnStar as standard equipment.
