Renault EasyLife Pack

The Renault EasyLife Pack includes three years warranty and three years roadside assistance as standard, with an ADDED three years 30,000 miles servicing for £299. The EasyLife Pack contains Renault services in-line with the manufacturer’s service schedule to ensure your Renault is in the best condition possible.

Three Years Warranty

Your vehicle is covered by a warranty package with unlimited mileage during the first 24 months, followed by a further one year limited to 60,000 miles (for Renault Vans, Zoe and Koleos, the third year is limited to a total mileage of 100,000 miles).

At Wilsons, we are able to repair or replace without charge, parts that are found to have a material or assembly defect that is recognised by Renault. The paintwork warranty runs for three years and the anti-corrosion warranty for 12 years. For TWIZY, the paintwork warranty runs for two years and anti-corrosion warranty for six years.

Three Years Roadside Assistance

Should you need it, you'll be provided with emergency roadside repairs or towed to the nearest Renault Dealer or Renault Z.E. Dealer.

This service is available 24 hours a day and is provided for 36 months from the date of first registration (or the duration of the battery lease). Assistance is provided within the UK & Northern Ireland only at roadside, home and includes national recovery and onward travel. Renault Assistance applies to mechanical or electrical defects which are covered by warranty.

For Z.E. vehicles with a Battery Hire Contract the Renault Assistance cover period is linked to the period of the Battery Hire Contract with RCI Financial Services Ltd.

Cars need to meet minimum emission standards when travelling in the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) or the daily charge must be paid.
