Dacia Finance Terms and Conditions

Finance is provided, subject to status, by RCI Financial Services Ltd, PO Box 493, Watford, WD171FJ. You must be at least 18 and a UK resident (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) to apply for finance. These finance offers supersede all previously advertised offers, are available to private and small business customers (operating 24 vehicles maximum) and exclude Motability customers, driving schools, private hire, taxis and contract hire. Dacia reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.

Vehicle prices are manufacturer's recommended retail prices and are correct at time of publication, including VAT at the prevailing rate and the manufacturer's recommended On The Road charge. Subject to availability.

Dimensions

Dimensions agreements include a £149 Acceptance Fee payable with the first monthly payment and an Option to Purchase Fee of £149 payable with the last monthly payment. APR will vary depending on cash price, deposit and period. Dimensions examples are correct at time of publication and are based on an annual agreed mileage of 6,000. If the vehicle is returned to Renault Finance at the end of the agreement and the agreed mileage has been exceeded, a charge of 8p per mile excess will be payable. If the vehicle is returned to Dacia Finance at the end of the agreement, it should be in good condition. If not, a further charge may be made to pay for any accidental damage to the vehicle or excess wear and tear with regards to its age and mileage. A guarantor may be required.

Data protection Act 1998

 Details you provide will be retained and may be used for credit assessment. A search will be made with Credit Reference Agencies (CRAs), who will record this for view by other Agency users. Your details will be checked with fraud prevention agencies and will be recorded if fraud is suspected. You must be entitled to disclose details of others referred to by you, and authorise us to search and record details at the CRAs about each of you. Information held by the CRAs may already be linked to records relating to one or more financial partners, including records held in previous or subsequent names. For individuals, sole traders and partnerships an "association" will be created at the CRA, which will link your financial records. Any sensitive information obtained will only be processed in order to provide the service requested. Your details will be treated in confidence. They may be shared with any company in the same Group as RCI Financial Services (details available on request), together with the Introducer/ associated Companies/Insurers (if applicable) who will advise how they use your details. Your details may be disclosed where permitted by law or where you have consented. You may be contacted by mail, telephone, fax (if you give your consent), email or other methods with details of products or services offered. If you do not want your details used for marketing write to Data Unit, RCI Financial Services Ltd,PO Box 493, Watford, WD17 1FJ. You have a right to obtain a copy of details held about you upon payment of the statutory fee.

Transport For London

Cars need to meet minimum emission standards when travelling in the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) or the daily charge must be paid.
