Can you build up an excellent rapport over the Telephone?
As a Customer Contact Advisor you will be responsible for dealing with inbound sales and after sales enquiries via email, telephone and live chat. You will also be expected to make outbound sales/after sales calls and do telephone based customer satisfaction surveys.
Responsibilities will include:
Full training will be given; although experience within the Motor trade is ideal it is not essential.

package including bonus approx. £22,000 - £24,000 per annum*
